How To Use

1. Cleanse and thoroughly dry your skin before use.
2. Do not apply lotion, body oil, perfume, or talcum powder to the chest.
3. Tear the protective paper apart from the middle to prevent the two nipple covers from sticking together.
4. Align the center of the nipple cover with the nipple.
5. Gently press from the center outwards to make the nipple cover fit smoothly.
6. After use, peel it off slowly from the edge to avoid pulling on the skin quickly.
