How To Use

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around the breasts before use.
2. Do not apply lotion, body oil, talcum powder, or perfume.
3. Peel off the protective paper from the back of the nipple cover.
4. Align the center of the nipple with the nipple cover, gently press and adhere to secure it.
5. After use, peel it off slowly from the edge to avoid pulling on the skin quickly.
